The price is tied to the ICE quote and the differential. You fix it on the date you choose — from then on the market doesn't affect it.
Coffee trades on the ICE exchange in cents per pound. A differential is added to the quote — a premium or discount for origin and quality. You choose the date we fix the quote on, and from then on the price no longer depends on the market. Below are the exchange base calculator and a glossary.

We agree the lot with the trader and fix the ICE level and differential. The price no longer depends on the market.

Customs under HS 0901, EAEU declaration, bag-by-bag acceptance. The lot gets its GE-2026-0xx number.

We buy from European traders. Brazilian lots travel by sea from the port of Santos across the Atlantic, the English Channel and the Baltic to the port of Muuga (Tallinn), where they are stored at the Vollers Tallinn terminal. From there by truck via Pskov, Moscow and Samara to the Mashtakovo — Syrym border, then via Uralsk, Aktobe and Shymkent to Almaty. Lots from other origins travel their own routes. 3–4 weeks from the European warehouse, 55–75 days from FOB Santos.
Yes. The contract is tied to the ICE quote on an agreed date. Whatever the market does next, your price stays the same. That is how chains plan their cost per cup for a quarter.
